My name is Jeff Kloepping and I have over 15+ years experience changing peoples lives. I grew up playing basketball and as I got older, I got into bodybuilding and eventually went on to compete in the NPC in the Classic Physique division.
I have always had a passion for fitness, I live and breath it. I also have an intense passion for helping people achieve their goals and making them happier and healthier versions of themselves.
Being in the industry for so long, I have tried everything out there. I know what works and what doesn’t from many years of trial and error. Now, I use scientifically proven methods to help my clients achieve the results they have always dreamed of. These proven methods take all the guesswork out for all of my clients to put them on the right path to guarantee success.
I have been certified by some of the top certifications and traveled to train and learn from some of the best coaches in the world.

TRANSFORMATIONS
I’ve been holding off on this post for a long time, because it takes me COMPLETELY out of my comfort zone. November….. It’s the month of gratitude…. but really we should all practice showing gratitude daily, no matter what month it is, as many studies show that it makes us happier individuals. I am not someone that is comfortable posting about myself, but I feel the need to show love, appreciation and gratitude to Jeff Kloepping Fitness. I’ve always loved “working out” aka a cardio junkie, but I never saw the results I desired. I’ve been working with Jeff for about 7 months now and I have learned SO much. He has taught me so much about fitness and nutrition. Jeff has been incredible with helping me during this journey. I can text or call him anytime with my questions and he happily answers my stupid questions or provides me with motivation when I need it. WHEN I follow his meal plan (I’ve been really bad with Halloween candy, like really, really bad) I see results and feel so much better. Part of this post is to keep me accountable, my nutrition has been lacking and I am going to follow his plan and BE CONSISTENT and see my progress on January 1st. So far I’ve lost 6” off my waist. Lost a total of 18 pounds. Here’s some of my progress on weight lifts so far Squats: Added 120lbs to mug beginning squat weight Stiff-leg deads: added 50lbs to starting dead lift weights. Hip thrusts: added 170lbs to my hip thrusters Bench: added 50 to my starting bench weight If you’ve ever thought about hiring a trainer or someone to help with nutrition… DO IT. Don’t wait 6 years like I did. You won’t regret it and Jeff is amazing. I can’t wait to keep going, and hopefully feel comfortable in my own skin, which I haven’t felt in like 8 years.… maybe even ever.
